I was born and raised in North Vancouver. My passion for fitness came later in life. I started running and doing yoga in my late 20’s but it wasn’t until I had my kids years later and faced with a career change that I started to focus on fitness as a career.
As a mother of two teenagers, I understand the importance of staying active not only for myself but as a role model for my children. I understand the demands of being a mom and I know the importance of “still finding time to exercise”.
Fitness for me is a way of life. I’m always trying to improve myself physically and personally and I want to inspire and motivate others to do the same. I truly love what I do and want to share my passion and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle.

A friend referred me to Diane, and the rest is history. Not only have I enjoyed multiple health benefits as a result of Diane's workouts that I have continued to do regularly over the past 5+ years, I have gained a group of close friends who keep each other accountable. None of Diane's workouts are the same - the variety keeps us guessing and she keeps things interesting with different combinations of exercises.
Diane’s Mom & Tot fitness class provided me with the perfect opportunity to get a really good work out and keep my baby with me. After my daughter started pre-school, I switched to the HITT & Core class. Every class is an excellent work out; never the same; and always lots of fun. I also appreciate how Diane modifies exercises if a participant is injured in any way. After so many years, I feel like Diane’s classes are a necessary part of my active life. So grateful. I joined Diane’s mom and tot classes six years ago. It was at a time in my life where I needed to make a conscious effort to “put my health first”. I was a busy full-time worker and mother of 2 young kids. Diane’s classes are challenging and rewarding. I’ve some fabulous women on a similar journey for better health. I continue to take Diane’s classes in the evenings and have joined her teams to conquer Tough Mudder, Spartan and Rugged Maniac races.
