Outdoor PM Bootcamp & Stretch
This unique fitness class combines 45 minutes of physical training followed by 15 minutes of relaxing yoga-like stretches to strengthen muscles and keep them flexible. Pairing cardio exercises with yoga is effective for weight loss and overall good health.

Equipment needed: Weights, resistance bands, booty band and a mat.
Online HIIT & Core
This 45 min class is designed for anyone who is looking for a quick intense body workout incorporated with a core conditioning component. The workouts consist mainly of bodyweight exercises, cardio and core using timed intervals.
Fitness Level: Intermediate, Advanced
