This unique in-person class combines 45 minutes of strength & cardio followed by 15 minutes of relaxing yoga-like stretches to strengthen muscles and keep them flexible. Pairing strength & cardio exercises with yoga is effective for weight loss and overall good health.

Upper Body & Core 

(Formerly Arms & Abs) This popular 45 min online class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your upper body as well as strengthen your core.

Online Strength & Conditioning

(Formerly Online Bootcamp) This popular 45min online class focuses on functional strength training for all major muscle groups in a convenient online format.

This 45 min class is designed for anyone who is looking for a quick intense body workout incorporated with a core conditioning component. The workouts consist mainly of bodyweight exercises, cardio and core using timed intervals.
