Trail  Bootcamp

This unique outdoor fitness class combines trail running and Bootcamp style training.  Build strength using your own bodyweight incorporated with trail running.

Outdoor PM Bootcamp & Stretch

This unique fitness class combines 45 minutes of physical training followed by 15 minutes of relaxing yoga-like stretches to strengthen muscles and keep them flexible. Pairing cardio exercises with yoga is effective for weight loss and overall good health.

Fitness Level: All levels of fitness.

Equipment needed: Weights, resistance bands, booty band and a mat.

Online HIIT & Core

This 45 min class is designed for anyone who is looking for a quick intense body workout incorporated with a core conditioning component.  The workouts consist mainly of bodyweight exercises, cardio and core using timed intervals.  

 

Fitness Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Equipment needed: Mat

A 45 min class designed to strengthen and sculpt your upper body as well as strengthen your core.

This AM OUTDOOR class combines 45 minutes of strength and cardio exercises followed by 15 minutes of stretches to strengthen muscles and keep them flexible.

This 1hr class is a popular interval class that combines cardio training and strength exercises for a full-body workout.

If you want a challenging fun workout that gets your HR pumping, try this full-body workout. Use your own body weight with TRX suspension training instead of machines or dumbbells to get a great workout.

Online 30 Minute Stretch

This 30 min stretch class is designed to slow things down in our busy world.  

A class that will set the tone for your day.  We combine stretch and yoga movements to help align the body.

Fitness Level: All levels of fitness.

Equipment needed: Mat and a strap.

Looking for motivation?  I offer one-on-one personal training as well as couple training and small group training.

Each session is tailored to you and your needs. 

 

Training sessions can be in your home, outdoors or at a private gym.
