Strength & Stretch
(Formerly known as Bootcamp & Stretch)
This unique in-person class combines 45 minutes of strength & cardio followed by 15 minutes of relaxing yoga-like stretches to strengthen muscles and keep them flexible. Pairing strength & cardio exercises with yoga is effective for weight loss and overall good health.

Equipment needed: Weights, resistance bands, booty band and a mat.
Trail Strength & Conditioning
This unique "seasonal" outdoor bootcamp-style fitness class, combines functional strength, conditioning and nature connection. Build strength using your own bodyweight incorporated with trail running.

Online HIIT & Core
This 45 min class is designed for anyone who is looking for a quick intense body workout incorporated with a core conditioning component. The workouts consist mainly of bodyweight exercises, cardio and core using timed intervals.
